Thank you for honoring the Sacred Pause I took over these past months.
This time was tender, deep, and necessary. I stepped back to grieve and to honor the life-long friendship of “my person” — the one who walked beside me for 49 years. Learning to navigate life without that presence has been a journey of remembrance, release, and rediscovery.
As I return, I do so with more softness, more clarity, and more intention.
