How are you feeling?
Now that we've crossed the Summer Solstice threshold, I find myself reflecting on the energy of the longest day of the year and what it is inviting us into over the next six months.
The Solstice is more than a single day—it is a turning point.
A moment to pause and ask ourselves:
✨ What am I ready to grow?
✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What deserves my energy over the next six months?
✨ Where am I being called to trust myself more deeply?

The Solstice energy asks us to stand in the light and honestly look at our lives. What is flourishing? What feels complete? What is asking for more attention, nourishment, and intention?
As we move toward the second half of the year, this energy invites us to align with what matters most, release what no longer serves us, and take intentional steps toward the life we are creating.
As many of you know, the last few years have brought profound transformation in my own life. Through grief, healing, Human Design, forgiveness work, and deep soul reflection, Conversations with Robyn has emerged as a space dedicated to connection, growth, and remembering who we truly are.

A Daily Soul Connection Practice
As we move through the next six months, I invite you to spend just a few moments each day reconnecting with yourself.
Soul Grounding Breath
- Place both feet firmly on the floor.
- Take a slow breath in through your nose for a count of four.
- Hold gently for a count of four.
- Slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of six.
- Imagine roots extending from your feet deep into the Earth.
- Place a hand on your heart and ask:
"What does my soul need me to know today?"
Don't force an answer.
Simply listen.
Repeat for 3-5 breaths.
The wisdom is already within you.

As we move through the second half of this year, may you remember:
