Reiki Level 1 Certification
In this program, we will discuss why Reiki and all spiritual practices aim to restore balance and the importance of healing yourself.  You will learn how to trust your intuition and raise your vibration.  You will establish a solid foundation for self-practice, learning a simple, accessible, and effective practice.  

This program will enhance your ability to enjoy your practice by keeping it effortless and uncomplicated, what to do (or not) with your mind, how to pay attention when you want to (without struggling to concentrate or focus)... ... and why there’s really no wrong way to practice self-Reiki.

Reiki Level 2 Certification
In this program you begin to grow your hopes and dreams, continuing to raise your vibration and learning how to hold space for other's healings.   You will learn to appreciate why Reiki practice helps you feel better, function better, and make better choices, and how much of a difference that makes to your health and wellbeing as well as to those around you.

In this program you will learn how to access a deeper level of healing and the best way to start practicing on other people.  You will learn Reiki symbols and their uses.  You will find that practicing on others deepens your appreciation of the practice and builds your conviction, in-person and long distance.

Reiki Master Certification
In this program, you will learn from your Usui Reiki lineage and explore what authenticity means in your Reiki practice.  You will acknowledge what your commitment to yourself and others truly is. You will be attuned to the mastery level of Reiki and learn why the attunements are of the utmost importance.   

You will learn to discern the differences among the levels of Reiki practice: First Degree, Second Degree, and Reiki Master and understand why Reiki practice can assist the self and others in so many different ways.

You will gain a deeper understanding of what spirituality really is, how it is distinct from metaphysics, and how Reiki practice enables you to quickly access the support of your own spirituality and truly being confident in your healing abilities.
